2 cups hard, dry lima beans rinsed and soaked overnight

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1 cup sour cream

6 slices bacon, cut up

1 medium onion, chopped

In the morning drain lima beans, cover with water and cook until tender. Drain and reserve liquid. Place beans in a casserole, then add rest of ingredients. Stir together and add reserved liquid as needed. Bake at 350 for one hour covered and one hour uncovered.
