Pork Burritos

5 lbs. lean country ribs, boneless

3 green bell peppers, sliced

2 large white onions, sliced

1 pkg. dry burrito seasoning

2/3 cup hot water

1 dozen flour tortillas

Slow cook country ribs on a barbecue until their internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Remove from heat and set aside. Grill peppers and onions until slightly tender. Cut ribs into bite site pieces, add to peppers and onions and mix with burrito seasoning plus 2/3 cup hot water. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
