12 slices white bread, frozen

10 slices sharp American cheese

10-oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

2 cups cooked ham, diced

1 small jar mushrooms, sliced

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped

1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced (optional)

6 eggs, slightly beaten

3-1/2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Grated cheese

Cut off bread crusts and discard. Cut out 12 bread doughnuts and holes; put leftover scraps in bottom of greased 9x13-inch pan. Layer cheese, broccoli, ham, mushrooms, onion and olives. Arrange bread on top. Mix eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before removing from oven. Serves 12.
