Recipe from 2007 S.D. Beef Cook-Off
4 slices frozen fully-cooked meatloaf (such as: Schwan’s fully-cooked Angus meatloaf)
3/4 cup traditional Ragu sauce
1 cup cheese, shredded
Place cooked meatloaf slices in a lightly greased or sprayed skillet on low heat until thawed out, about 5 minutes. Pour the Ragu sauce over and cook for 10 minutes on low heat until well heated. Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover until cheese is melted. Butter bun and sprinkle with garlic salt; toast bun. Serves 4.
