Beef and Stuffing Dish

Beef and Stuffing Dish: Brown ground beef, drain and put in 9x13 pan. Put chopped celery and onion on top. Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to package directions, but use 1 stick oleo and 1-1/2 cups water (makes it easier to spread); spread over top. Mix the 2 soups together with 1/2 cup milk and spread over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours.

2 lbs. ground beef

1 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing

1 stick oleo

1-1/2 cups water

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk
