Baked Carrots

Baked Carrots: Boil carrots for about 15 minutes until tender. Place in 9x13 pan. Mix soup, 1/4 cup butter and cheese. Microwave until creamy. Pour over carrots. Melt remaining butter. Stir in croutons until coated. Pour over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until croutons are browned and carrots are bubbly. Very good!

2 bags mini carrots

1 can cream of celery soup

3/4 cup butter, divided

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

6-oz. bag croutons
