Chilie Roll-Ups

One 8-oz. fat-free cream cheese

1 cup fat-free Cheddar cheese, shredded

1 small can green chilies

1 small can black olives

3 green onions

1 jalapeno pepper

Fat-free tortilla shells

Picante sauce or salsa

Mince chilies, olives, onions, and pepper until fine. Combine well with softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Spread on tortilla shells. Roll up and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Slice each shell into 8 pieces. (Discard ends). Serve on lettuce leaves with salsa or picante sauce for dipping. Makes approximately 80 pieces.
